SHIPPING: If ("We") has your product in stock, we will send you, by email, a shipping notification confirming that the items have been shipped and are on their way to your destination. This notification is our approval of your order. Orders for items already in stock will normally be shipped within 5 business days of your order date. Orders for items that are out of stock will be shipped once the stock has been replenished. We will send you shipping notification once the item is in stock and has been shipped. The delivery time of your package will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All products (defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, with their warranty cards, manuals and other items or accessories offered by the manufacturer. Please note: the 14-day return policy for products purchased online from is effective from the date of delivery of the products to you.

If an order return contains missing packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or any other items, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of the missing products. Shipping charges are not refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping charges if you return an item due to an error on our part, or if we have determined that the item is defective.

We rely on the information you provide to us via the website, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card number and expiration date), and transactional information, to be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage and additional costs incurred by you, us or any other person as a result of any false, incorrect or incomplete statement or failure to update your registration and payment information within 30 days of any change.
